Agroflorstry Systems: A reflection on viability from the New Forest Code

The Forest Code of 2012, named "The New Forest Code”, was advocated as a point of convergence for a new paradigm of protection of Brazilian biomes, and it was still the subject of several controversies, even after the judgment of the various direct actions of unconstitutionality by the Supreme Court Federal (SCF). In this context, the research is about the restoration of the legal reserve using plants with economic value, exotic or not, that is, from the adoption of agroforestry systems in order to reflect on the legal (im)possibility and the environmental (in)viability of the implantation to achieve the objectives of the legal reserve.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)Preconizado como ponto de confluência para um novo paradigma de proteção dos biomas brasileiros, o Código Florestal de 2012, denonimado “Novo Código Florestal”, foi e ainda é objeto de várias polêmicas, mesmo após o julgamento das várias ações diretas de inconstitucionalidade pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
