의공학과/석사[한글] 신경과학 분야에서 광범위하게 활용되고 있는 근적외선 분광법은 상대적으로 새롭고, 비침습적이며, 비전리 적으로 뇌의 활성화에 따른 대뇌 혈류변화를 측정할 수 있는 방법이다.본 논문에서는 (1) 쥐에서 다양한 수염자극에 따른 혈류변화의 패턴, (2) 쥐의 일차-, 이차 체감각 피질영역, 운동 피질영역에서 혈류변화 신호의 기능적 연결성 분석, (3) 생쥐에서 근적외선 분광법과 뇌전도의 동시측정 방법을 이용하여 인위적 발작 유발에 따른 혈류변화 패턴 분석과 같은 연구를 수행하였다.본 연구 결과에 의하면 뇌 활성화에 따른 대뇌 혈류변화를 성공적으로 측정할 수 있었으며, 향후 근적외선 분광법은 유전자 조작된 동물에서 신경-혈관 관련 연구를 진행할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다.
