Department of Public Health, Graduate School, Yonsei University This study was carried out to observe the fine structure of Trichomonas tenax and Trichomonas hominis, and to discuss their structural differences. The flagellates were cultured in modified Boeck & Drbohlav's diphasic medium and were subcultured every other day.
