치의학과/석사[한글]치과용 시멘트의 유지력에 대하여는 이미 많은 학자들에 의하여 연구되어왔고 특히 교정 분야에서는 최근 D. B. S. (Direct Bonding System)가 널리 통용되고 있으나 아직 구치부에는 Bands를 사용하는 것이 통례인바 Bands의 접착에 쓰이는 각종 시멘트와 유지력을 실험측정 하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 근래 국내에서 통용되는 11종의 씨멘트를 선정, 4계열로 분류하여 교정을 위해 발치한 소구치에 Bands를 하여 Instron시험기로 유지력을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 인산아연계와 카복실레이트계 시멘트가 비교적 다른 계열 시멘트보다 유지력이 높았다. 2. 카복실레이트계와 인산아연계 시멘트의 유지력은 큰 차이를 볼 수 없었다. 3. 강화형아연화 유지놀계시멘트의 유지력이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 각종 시멘트에서 유지력이 24시간 보다 1주일후 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났으나 현저한 차이는 볼 수 없었다.
