Purpose: There are many studies of childhood pneumonia by Mycoplasma pneumoniae, but a few reports of its manifestation with acute gastroenteritis in Korea. The purpose of this study is to know its clinical characteristics and to help management for it. Methods: I collected the clinical informations of 207 children who had have been diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the Department of Pediatrics, YongIn Severance Hospital, YongIn, Korea from January 2002 to December 2007 by particle agglutination test kit (antibody titer, ?1:160).
