Purpose: Hepatits A virus (HAV) has been the most common cause of liver disease. Increasing symptomatic infection of it has been anticipated in children, but there was no report about it since 2000. The purpose of this study was to know the latest clinical characteristics and proper management of it. Methods: I collected the clinical informations of hepatits A patients who have admitted from January 2002 to December 2007 at Department of Pediatrics, YongIn Severance Hospital, YongIn, Korea.
