Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrial tissue (glands and stroma) outside the uterus. About 1% of women with endometriosis have urinary tract implantations, and 84% of these cases involve the bladder. Abdominal partial cystectomy has been reported to treat urinary tract implantations, but laparoscopy has not previously been reported in Korea. We report a case of vesical endometriosis that was treated successfully with laparoscopic partial cystectomy.ope
