Ultrasonography of Congenital Hydronephrosis

Hydronephrosis is the most common urogenital anomaly with the potential for obstructive process. And ultrasonography, as a first-line imaging modality, is a useful tool for evaluation of prenatal and postnatal hydronephrosis, even though evaluation of renal function is still needed.
