[[abstract]]Nowadays, wireless communication that provides voice only is notsufficient to support the user's need. Therefore, it's an importantfeature of next generation wireless communication to offer thiscapability through mobile Internet. Mobile IP allows mobile hosts tochange their location and reduce data packet loss probability inwireless communication networks. However, mobile IP still have somedefects in handoff and route aspects. Thus, cellular IP protocol isproposed for routing of lP diagrams to mobile stations and fasthandoff control in a limited geographical area.
