[[abstract]]本研究以浸漬相轉換法製備生物可分解性高分子-聚丁基烷酯(Poly(hydroxybutyrate;PHB)之多孔型薄膜,並應用電漿誘導接枝將薄膜表面改質使薄膜表面功能化。PHB薄膜之製備以氯仿為溶劑,乙醇為非溶劑。首先製作ethanol-chloroform-PHB成膜系統之相圖,利用其選定適當製膜液組成,並藉由改變製膜液之配製溫度,製備不同結構之薄膜。薄膜之孔隙結構、結晶性、機械強度、滲水性等皆加以分析探討,以了解這些物性與製膜程序之關係。其次我們以電漿誘導聚合法將聚丙烯酸接枝在PHB薄膜表面上,並藉由改變接枝條件如電漿處理時間、電漿功率、接枝反應時間、單體濃度等獲取最佳接枝條件,結果顯示最大接枝量可達0.48 mg/cm2。[[abstract]]In this research, porous membranes of a biodegradable polymer, poly(hydroxybutyrate), were synthesized and the surfaces of which were modified by plasma-induced polymerization so as to engender functionality to the membranes.
