[[abstract]]The characteristics of solid polymer electrolyte ,formed by complexes of poly( ethylene oxide) PEO and lithium perchlorate LiCL04 in various molar ratio of salt to polymer repeat unit with various level of plasticizer doppant diglyme have been investigted. The structure for complexes of PEO with LiCL04 is presented ,based on infrared spectroscopic studies. Morphology of PEO-LiCL04 solid polymer electrolyte was examinated by scanning electron microscopy. The crystallinity and phase-transition prperties have been investigated by using thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry.
