[[abstract]]At present Constitutions are regarded as fundamental basis for the social, political and juridical organization of a country. Classic and Social Constitutional patterns have been vital for centuries but at present societies evolved in such a way that they present different realities and facts that must be considered whenever the question of the best legal and juridical conditions is considered. No doubt each country and society has particular traditions, customs and history that have given them a new dimension, as a consequence of immigration waves or new adopted responses to present needs and conflicts.
