On the design of reduced-order H2 controllers with coefficient constraint

[[abstract]]In this paper, the synthesis problem of reduced-order H2 dynamic output feedback controllers with coefficient constraint is considered. Sufficient LMI conditions for the existence of such controllers are given and explicit formulas for the controllers are derived.
