[[abstract]]An empirical data analysis, based on 3 development phases, by multiple-factor productivity network, this article studies the hi-tech industry’s performance in Hsinchu Science Part (HSP). As the first public oriented regional hi-tech industry development benchmarking park in Taiwan, the HSP simple input-output macroscopic analysis is also presented.
