Based on the statistics from censuses of industrial plants for the years 1879, 1900, 1904, 1913, author presented the development of the industry in the province of Siedlce estates of the landed gentry. Agricultural quality of the province determined the industry’s branch structure. The plants functioning in the manorial estates were mainly those involved in the manufacturing of agricultural crops. In the years 1879–1913 food-processing plants produced 61–77 % of the production scale of Siedlce province, and the production of alcohol in the province accounted for 20,2–25,7 % across the Polish Kingdom
