The purpose of this paper is to try to discuss some significant concepts of external assistance for agricultural education in developing countries. The scope of the paper has been specifically oriented to the point of view of a recipient of external assistance. This paper is divided into three parts, which consists of the introduction, the forms, objectives and modes of aid, as well as the conclusion. Aid assistance should act as a crutch. It should be able to be withdrawn once the recipient is independent to take over the research.
