The aim of the research was to evaluate the effect of a mindfulness meditation program on psychological well-being. Arandomized controlled study was performed, with 38 participants divided into a control group and an experimental group.To assess psychological well-being, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory STAI, the perceived stress scale PSS-10 and thescale of positive states of the PSOM mind were used.
