The stage called adolescence, lends itself to a large number of biological, psychological and social changes that mark important patterns in the development of the personality of individuals, the arrival of a pregnancy process causes essential care for the future mother and child. fetus, so physical activity favors the physical and psychological well-being, so important in this process. Therefore, this research aims to: Design a plan of physical exercises in physical and psychological benefits of pregnant teenagers, which considerably reduces the occurrence of complications that put at risk the health and welfare of the fetus, as well as prepares physiological and psychologically to the young mom to face the moment of childbirth. For this purpose, the theoretical, historical-logical, analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used, and the participant scientific observation, the in-depth interview, the documentary review and the survey were found at the empirical level. The universe of work consisted of 12 pregnant adolescents who attend their primary care at the San José health center. As a result, an exercise plan is offered, which in an organized and planned way affects the physical and psychological state to improve the musculature and joint indicators, posture, breathing and relaxation, as well as participation and interestLa etapa denominada adolescencia, se presta a una gran cantidad de cambios biológicos, psicológicos y sociales que marcan pautas importantes en el desarrollo de la personalidad de los individuos, la llegada de un proceso de embarazo provoca realizar una atención esencial para la futura madre y el feto, así la actividad física favorece el bienestar físico y psicológico, tan importante en este proceso. Por tanto, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Diseñar un plan de ejercicios físicos en beneficios físico y psicológico de las embarazadas adolescentes, lo que disminuye considerablemente la aparición de complicaciones que pongan en riesgo la salud y bienestar del feto, así como prepara fisiológica y psicológicamente a la joven mamá para enfrentar el momento del parto. Para este fin se utilizaron los métodos del nivel teórico, el histórico – lógico, analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo, y del nivel empírico se encuentran la observación científica participante, la entrevista en profundidad, revisión documental y la encuesta. El universo de trabajo estuvo constituido por 12 embarazadas adolescentes que asisten a su atención primaria al centro salud San José.
