On the evening of Sunday, 27 August 1967, Jazz Happenings - The World\u27s First Psychedelic Jazz Concert was held at the Cell Block Theatre, Darlinghurst, Sydney. The event was focussed around the performance of a jazz rhapsody entitled Psychedelia written by saxophonist Graeme Lyall. It also featured a lightshow and film by artist and sculptor Gordon Mutch
