TINJAUAN MAQASHID SYARI'AH TERHADAP PRAKTIK LONDO IHA (Studi Kasus di Desa Tanju Kec. Manggelewa Kab. Dompu)

The purpose of marriage is to form a family that sawah mawadah warahmah. Eternal with almighty divinity. So the need for prevention related to things that can damage the purpose of the marriage. the rise of promiscuity and the development of the practice of Londo iha which can invite ghibah fighting and slander make these values shift. So there needs to be a special review of this issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes, impacts and review of the Maqashid Shari'ah on the practice of LondoIha, with this analysis can find the answers and problem points of this case so that it is easier to obtain a solution from it. To achieve the purpose of this research, several theories are used including the sermon, marriage and its purpose, the principles of marriage and the theory of Maqashid Sharia. The approach used is a legal-sociological dexterator, also called field research, which examines the applicable legal provisions and the reality that occurs in the community or a study conducted on the actual situation. The results of this research are: first the factors that cause Londo Iha practices are caused by the selfishness between the child and parents, the fear of a child to tell his parents and family wishes to marry, the disappointment of a child towards parents who do not pay attention to it, the fear for fear of their partner getting married with other people, promiscuity and the influence of social media, pregnancy out of wedlock, forced, do not want an arranged marriage, and because of economic factors. The second impact of the practice of Londo Iha is not preserving the honor and reputation of the family, the occurrence of a short marriage to result in divorce and easy marriage underage.
