PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN UTANG, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET (IOS) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode Tahun 2017)

The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of debt policy, dividend policy and investment opportunity set on firm value. In this study, the value of the company uses PBV (Price Book Value), debt policy using the DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio) and investment opportunity set using RCE / BVA (Ratio Capital Expenditure to Book Value Asset). The company used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017. The number of samples is 65 samples obtained using the purposive sampling method. The stages of data analysis used are descriptive statistical tests and classic assumption tests. The results showed that debt policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value, dividend policy and investment opportunity set have a positive and significant effect on firm value
