PENGARUH INFLASI, CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO DAN NON PERFORMING FINANCING TERHADAP PEMBIAYAAN PEMILIKAN RUMAH (STUDI PADA BANK UMUM SYARIAH)

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of inflation, CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and NPF (Non Performing Financing) on home financing in sharia banks as a whole. The period used is 2015 to 2017. This research is quantitative research type and using multiple data analysis technique of regression. The independent variables in this study were inflation, CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and NPF (Non Performing Financing). While the dependent variable in this study is the financing home ownership in sharia commercial banks. The data used is secondary data from website of BI and OJK. The results of this study indicate that the inflation, CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) and NPF (Non Performing Financing) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the financing of home ownership in sharia bank. While partially, the three variables have a significant influence on the financing of home ownership
