FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENETAPAN MARGIN MURABAHAH PADA PEMBIAYAAN KEPEMILIKAN RUMAH (Studi Pada BTN Syariah Kantor Cabang Malang)

This study aims to determine the inflation, deposits, and financing of the murabaha margin on the financing of ownership in the State Savings Bank Syariah Branch Malang and to determine the factors of inflation, deposits, and financing volume of murabaha margin on the financing of ownership in the Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Kantor Malang Branch. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple linier regression data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of partial linear regression analysis test (t test) known that the inflation significantly affect the margin with the value of T arithmetic = 5.229> T table = 2,003 and the value of sig. of 0.000 0,05, and the financing volume significantly influence the margin with the value of T arithmetic = 92.133> T table = 2,003 And the sig value of 0.000
