HARDINESS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATOR PADA HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP STRES ISTRI PRAJURIT TNI ANGKATAN DARAT

The stress experienced by the wife of an army soldier occurs if a wife is faced with the demands of the environment that demands and exceeds her abilities. The stress experienced by one of the wives of Indonesian soldiers was obtained when her husband left for military operations. The purpose of this study was to determine hardiness as a moderator of the relationship to the relationship of social support to stress. The research subjects were the wives of Indonesian soldiers who were on duty as many as 140 people. The study design was quantitative correlational using the research instrument Social Support Index (SSI), Hardiness Scale (HS), and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data analysis techniques in this study will use Hayes model analysis with the help of SPSS version 21.00 which has been installed with the process macro.
