STUDI PENGGUNAAN BISOPROLOL PADA PASIEN INFARK MIOKARD AKUT (Penelitian Dilakukan di RSU Karsa Husada Batu)

Background : Acute myocardial infarct (AMI) is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide. IMA is the death of myocardial cells due to lack of oxygen supply to the heart due to blockage in the coronary arteries. Bisoprolol is a cardioselective ß1-adrenoceptor antagonist that can reduce oxygen demand and reduce blood pressure. Objective : This study aims to determine the pattern of the use of bisoprolol in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarct in Karsa Husada Batu General Hospital. Methods: This was a retrospective observational study in patients with AMI at Karsa Husada Batu General Hospital from 1 Mei 2017 to 31 November 2017. Conclusion : Of the 27 IMA patients who received the most bisoprolol therapy pattern, there was a combination pattern of 89% and the least in single therapy was 11%. Combination 3 is the most widely used combination of 18%. The most switching patterns are the 6 patterns. It can be concluded that the therapeutic pattern of the use of bisoprolol in IMA patients at Karsa Husada Batu Hospital is in accordance with several literature studies
