Avon Location 4534. The homestead and farm buildings are now all on the north side of the creek. The clump of trees, upper left side (south of the creek) is where the original homestead and orchard was. Most of the scald areas have regrassed, grass and trees are growing to the edge of the creek. On the north side the pastures have returned and the paddocks are once again productive.
