JOURNALS AND SCIENTIFIC WORK, ON THE 50TH. ANNIVERSARY OF THE SPANISH REVIEW OF PEDAGOGY

For the anniversary of the revista española de pedagogía it was decided by the Editorial Board to publish an special number that will be the next one. In this Editorial, the Editor shows the importance of journals in scientific works and analyses the characteristics of a good journal and why academicians write in them. Afterwards it is offered several data about the revista española de pedagogía: its objectives, number of authors, percentage of accepted manuscripts, the double-blind refereing process, the international coverage of the journal and so on.Para el aniversario de la revista española de pedagogía, el Consejo Editorial decidió publicar un número especial que será el próximo. En esta Editorial, el Editor muestra la importancia de las revistas en trabajos científicos y analiza las características de una buena revista y por qué los académicos escriben en ellas. Posteriormente se ofrecen varios datos sobre la revista española de pedagogía: sus objetivos, número de autores, porcentaje de manuscritos aceptados, el proceso de arbitraje doble ciego, la cobertura internacional de la revista, etc
