The present research study aims to find the relationship that exists between visual perception, working memory and reading fluency in the reading process of the students of 1st year of Primary Education. The research was carried out in a sample of 30 subjects from the first year of primary education at the "El Sitjar" educational center in the town of Linyola, Lleida. To measure the relationship between the variables, the visual-motor speed subtest of the Frostig-DTVP-2 Visual Perception Evaluation Method was first subministered (Hammill, Pearson, and Voress, 1995).
