Estudio sobre la resiliencia en el alumnado procedente de hogares sustitutos de la facultad de trabajo social Simón Bolívar

This research project addresses the study on resilience in students from substitute homes of the Social Work faculty, which are attached to the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), understood as an instance of protection, to safeguard the rights and the integrity of children, young people, who delegates the respective authority, which seeks to guarantee the basic functions of the family. The intention is based on identifying the development of the life project, as well as understanding the resilience and incidence of substitute homes in the students of the Social Work faculty. The methodological approach was used qualitatively, seeking to understand the experiential development of the participants, as opposed to the recognition of their experiences, managing to measure the incidence of substitute homes, in addition to the professional training program of Social Work to strengthen resilience, as opposed to the for the materialization of your life project. An indepth interview is used as an instrument for gathering information, which addresses four categories of analysis: Life Project, Social Work, Resilience and Substitute Households. The process of analyzing the information was done through matrix analysis, where the was saturated, leading to the production of stories that were later synthesized through a process of triangulation. It is concluded that the process of training in Social Work of the students belonging to substitute homes was a vital element to resignify the life project and the inherent need of the human being in the development of resilience, which functions as a mechanism of protection and mobilization of innate abilities and abilities that develop throughout the life of the human being.Este proyecto de investigación, aborda el estudio sobre la resiliencia en el alumnado procedente de hogares sustitutos de la Facultad de Trabajo Social, los cuales están adscritos al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (en adelante, ICBF), entendidos como una instancia de protección, para salvaguardar los derechos e integridad de los niños, niñas, jóvenes, que delega la autoridad respectiva, la cual busca garantizar las funciones básicas de la familia. La intencional está fundamentada en identificar el desarrollo del proyecto de vida, además analizar la resiliencia e incidencia de los hogares sustitutos en el alumnado de la Facultad de Trabajo Social. El enfoque metodológico se empleó desde lo cualitativo, buscando comprender el desarrollo vivencial de las participantes, frente al reconocimiento de sus experiencias, logrando dimensionar la incidencia de los hogares sustitutos, además del programa de formación profesional de Trabajo Social para potencializar la resiliencia, para la materialización de su proyecto de vida. Se emplea como instrumento de recolección de información la entrevista a profundidad, la cual aborda cuatro categorías de análisis: Proyecto de Vida, Trabajo social, Resiliencia y Hogares Sustitutos. El proceso de análisis de la información se realizó mediante el análisis matricial, donde se saturó la información, llevando a producir relatos que luego fueron sintetizados mediante un proceso de triangulación. Se concluye que el proceso de formación en Trabajo Social de los alumnos pertenecientes a hogares sustitutos resultó un elemento vital para resignificar el proyecto de vida y la necesidad inherente del ser humano en el desarrollo de la resiliencia, la cual funciona como un mecanismo de protección y movilización de capacidades y habilidades innatas que se desarrollan a lo largo de la vida del ser humano
