Estado de la cuestión de los efectos de las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness en contextos educativos

The purpose of this review was to know the state of the matter in mindfulness research in education. The search was limited to recent studies performed in school areas, with students and teachers interchangeably. The Web of Science, Linceo +, Google Scholar and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews databases were used. The search was limited to the last 7 years, from 2010 to September 2017. At first, 55 studies were included, but after a screening, the revision was reduced to 19. From the studies found, several were discarded by type of intervention and type of population. Based on the main objective, we focus on knowing how full attention affects the students, teachers and classroom climate. Purposefully, we want to know what are the emotional, social and cognitive results for the study participants; what role the teacher plays in the whole process; and, finally, how the environment influences these practices. The results of this review conclude that interventions based on mindfulness are still a field to discover; reason to continue investigations to extent to which point: this kind of practices, according to context and population, are effective.El propósito de esta revisión fue conocer el estado de la investigación en mindfulness en educación. Partiendo del objetivo principal, nos centramos en conocer cómo afecta la atención plena en el alumnado, profesorado y el clima del aula. De forma más específica, nos interesa saber cuáles son los resultados emocionales, sociales y cognitivos para los participantes de los estudios; qué función tiene el docente en todo el proceso; y, por último, cómo influye el ambiente en estas prácticas. La búsqueda se limitó a estudios recientes realizados en ámbitos escolares, con alumnado y profesorado de forma indistinta. Se utilizaron las bases de datos Web of Science, Linceo +, Google Académico y Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews. La búsqueda se limitó para los últimos 7 años, desde 2010 a septiembre de 2017. En un principio, se incluyeron 55 estudios, pero tras realizar un cribado, se redujo la revisión en 19. Los resultados de esta revisión concluyen que las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness son todavía un campo por descubrir; razón para continuar con investigaciones para ampliar hasta qué punto son efectivas este tipo de prácticas, según contexto y población
