The main objective of this thesis is to research the possibilities offered by the WhatsApp tool regarding service management and order tracking aswell as customer service for businesses and online stores. In order to do this, I use the case study of a company called Milhistorias.es which is developing a reinsertion project for people in risk of social exlusion, through the sale and distribution of organic products. Through a user centred design methodology based on the ISO9241-210 standard we can study the user experience in depth, describing the emotional journey of the user and finding suitable locations for using this application.
