The main purpose of the research is to determine the job satisfaction levels of school administrators and teachers. The descriptive method based on screening model for revealing the existing situation was used in the study. An attempt to determine the job satisfaction levels of administrators and teachers in educational organizations was made in this research. It was concluded in the research that the job satisfactions of administrators and teachers regarding the management, additional payment, reward, working conditions, workmates, the job itself and communication were mainly at medium-level, and their satisfactions regarding wage and promotion were at low level.
