Bu çalışmada, Cu-Al-B4C metal matrisli kompoziti (MMK), toz metalurjisi (TM) yöntemi kullanılarak sıcak presleme ile üretilmiştir. Cu-%5 Al toz karışımı içerisine %5, %10 ve %20 oranında B4C ilave edilerek toz karışımları hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan toz karışımları argon gazı atmosferinde, 30 MPa/cm2 basınç altında, 600 oC'de 4 dakika bekletilerek sıcak presleme işlemine tabi tutulmuştur. Preslenen numunelerin optik mikroyapı incelemeleri ile birlikte sertlik değerleri ölçülmüştür.
