Роль местного законодательства Китая в правовом обеспечении белорусско-китайских межрегиональных связей

The article deals with a brief description of the local legislation of China. Its role in the socio-economic development of China's regions is shown. The directions of improvement of the local legislation and the achieved results are noted. A number of conclusions important for the legal support of the development of interregional relations between Belarus and China, which are considered at present as a priority of the strategic partnership between the two countries
