1941 Oliver Row Crop 60 HC during test 375. Carlton Zink (in hat) on far left. The other two men are Oliver representatives. The tire is marked "Test K". The tire that is on the rear of the tractor is marked Test F,G,H. They apparently changed tires between some drawbar tests to eliminate the effect of tire wear or to investigate different tire design types. No information on that has been found. The track was in those days occasionally "refreshed' with fine cinders which were rather abrasive. That could have been the reason for these changes. Generally tires were not changed during a test sequence. Sometimes different tires were run through a complete test, and a separate table was then added with the results
