Abstract

See notes2.49 mBlue wool blanket with beaded blanket strip down center, two sides bound in red braid. Blanket is made by two pieces sewn together. Blanket strip is 54.0 long, with chalk white background with 5 designs spaced at intervals in green, blue, red and yellow and 4 round shapes with red and blue beaded spokes. From these round shapes are ribbon pendants blue, yellow, green, red. Pendants are attached to beaded strip with brass button. Blanket strip is beaded buckskin. There is a ribbon pendant sewn on seam of two pieces of faded blue and red ribbon. Blanket has one patch, patched with grey wool and has been mended in other torn pieces"beadwork, lazy stitchtextileribbon1.78
