Continuités et ruptures dans l’aménagement des espaces urbains post-socialistes en Bulgarie

À travers l’étude des Plans directeurs d’organisation et d’aménagement de Sofia et de Plovdiv et l’évolution des espaces urbains de deux villes après 1990, cet article examine les héritages socialistes dans leur dimension urbanistique et sémantique. Il révèle les continuités et discontinuités des intentions politiques relevant de deux systèmes économiques, politiques et sociaux différents, voire opposés.Through the study of the Sofia and Plovdiv Master plans and the evolution of the two urban places after 1990, this paper questions the socialist inheritance in its urbanistic and semantic dimension.
