Wage careers in France: the pluralism of ruling

Studies about wage career norms are very few. Analysis of such norms are possible in France in public service status for civil servants and in most of industrial branch national collective agreements for employees in private firms. Such an analysis brings out some differencies between public services and private firms, and also according hierarchical levels.
