Mercator Fellowships at Martin Luther University - Halle-Wittenberg

WISER invites applications for Mercator Fellowships based at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg in 2014 - 15. These fellowships will support three to six months of writing in residence in Halle, Germany, with a monthly stipend of €4500.
