Les représentations anatomiques dans les sanctuaires de la Gaule romaine (ier-ive s. apr. J.-C.)

Notre sujet concerne les offrandes anatomiques découvertes dans les sanctuaires de la Gaule romaine du ier au ive siècle apr. J.-C. Nos interrogations portent sur l’adoption des pratiques religieuses romaines, sur leur adaptation aux traditions celtes, ainsi que sur la circulation des modèles dans les provinces gauloises. Nos résultats seront présentés à travers quelques exemples significatifs (représentations oculaires, enfants en langes, têtes et bustes).Our study presents the anatomic offerings which were discovered in the sanctuaries of the Roman Gaul from AD 100 to 400. We will focus on the adoption of roman religious practices and on the way these practices were adapted to the Celtic habits. Then, we will present the circulation of some iconographic patrons through Gallic provinces. Some significant examples will illustrate our results (ocular representations, children in swaddling clothes, heads and busts)
