Le consortium OPERAS (Open access in the European research area through scholarly communication) lance une enquête sur les usages de l'open access, en particulier dans le domaine des sciences humaines et sociales. L'enquête a pour but d'identifier les pratiques actuelles et les services qu'il faudrait développer ou inventer. Elle servira de base à la définition de la future infrastructure OPERAS.
