Background: The treatment of the alcohol addiction has achieved a level where there is needed an institution that will control its treatment, define it, process it and evaluate its outputs. Although it is necessary to follow new trends it is also necessary to use already defined sets of rules so that the previous results obtained during the treatments activities are not lost.
