INFLUENCE AGAINST HIGH FREQUENCY CHARACTRRISTICS OF TRANSMISSION LINE WITH ROUGH SURFACE

This paper describes the transmission loss of transmission line with rough surface in millimeter-wave band. High-frequency current concentrates a surface of the signal line. We thought a transmission loss of the signal line with rough surface in millimeter-wave band is larger than that of a signal line with flat surface. S[2,1] of a microstrip line is degraded by increasing the relative permeability of a signal line. Expanding the size of the rough surface blocks degrades S[2,1] of the signal line with rough surface
