The purpose of this chapter is to shed light on a phenomenon in Italian, which has several interesting connections with issues in morphology, morphosyntax and semantics, i.e., Complementizer Deletion. Our main tenet is that Complementizer Deletion is no "deletion" at all, but simply an instance of the familiar V-to-AGR movement in Italian
