The purpose of the execution of this study was to determine the effect of communication on the performance of outsourced employees on PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa. The number of employees of PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa who became the respondents in this study were 40 people. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire distribution.
