I have not had access to some, but the descriptions of all species except those of Provancher have been quoted by Champion, Uhler or Stal and are thus made available. These books and papers have been freely used, especially for verification of details and for localities, credit being given in those cases where an author is wholly or partially responsible for the characters used in keys, etc
