This research aims to provide backing that large nonprofits are not the enemy of smaller nonprofits but actually a useful tool and a role model to smaller organizations. The size of a large nonprofit can help smaller nonprofits by means of awareness, partnerships, and even public policy. This research was also like to argue that nonprofit employees are fundamental to the success of a nonprofit organization. This means, there must be tools implemented to keep these employees around as long as possible. This does not have to mean throwing exclusive salaries at the employee. However, it does mean investing in them and promoting the work-life balance of employees
