Land is a very important factor of production in an agricultural developing country like Bangladesh. Land reform ordinance 1984 was formulated and declared by the government of Bangladesh in due respect for the improvement of agricultural production as well as the proper utilization of agricultural lands in the country by properly addressing the tenancy issue of share cropped land.
