In the Matsue Clan, the excutive officer borrowed Hanmai-rice from Matsue Clan and gives the workers who engaged in Tatara-steel manufacture. Then, they will pay back a part on next year, and the remaining of paying would return on the year after next. This Hanmai-rice is called Yomai-rice in the Matsue Clan. This Hanmai-rice was disposed about 5,000 to 6,000 sacks of rice from middle of eighteen century to the end of Shogunate period. Naturally, there were also the years with less than 3,000 sacks, but the workers had been supplied stability. At least, this prepayment system have been adopted by the Tetsukata's style wasn't enforced
