¿ Cómo resisten los actores dominados en la vitivinicultura ? : pequeños productores y asalariados en Champaña, Francia

International audienceThis article deals with the political forms of resistance realized by both the Champagne wine growers and the employees of all that producing region of France. In Champagne, the trade association (CIVC), that represents the interests of both Champagne winegrowers (owner of the main part of the surfaces of the vineyards, produce and sell grapes) and Champagne Houses (market the biggest volumes of champagne), arranges the sharing of the value created between both of them. The employees working for these two actors are not represented in that trade association (CIVC) and are excluded from the negotiations which take place there. Then, the sharing of the value created is the object of resistances on behalf of the dominated groups. Both resist depending on their resources coming from their socialization, from temporal situations and from fields of intervention and negotiation in which they have access but also those of whom they intend to be deprived. We analyze data from both the media speech produced by the wine growers and an ethnography of the union committee. We show that, according to their resources, the two dominated groups build political ambiguous forms of resistance combining simulation and confrontation
